How do I use a reed diffuser?

Remove the stopper and place the reed sticks into the bottle. Allow 24 hours for the fragrance to fully absorb. Flip the reeds weekly to refresh the scent and adjust the number of reeds to control intensity.

Is the flower inside the bottle real?

Yes, every Aroma Desire reed diffuser contains real dried botanical flowers suspended inside the bottle, adding a natural, decorative touch to your home.

Is a reed diffuser safe to use around children and pets?

Reed diffusers are flameless and smoke-free, making them safer than candles. However, we recommend keeping the bottle out of reach of children and pets and avoiding placement on delicate surfaces.

Can I control how strong the fragrance is?

Yes. Use more reeds for a stronger scent and fewer reeds for a lighter fragrance. Placing the diffuser in a well-ventilated area will also help distribute the scent more evenly.

Does the diffuser need any electricity or flames?

No. Reed diffusers work completely without electricity or flames. The reeds absorb the fragrance oil naturally and release it into the air continuously.

"Bought as a gift — recipient was absolutely delighted" Ordered this as a birthday present for my sister and she was completely over the moon with it. She said the scent is light and elegant — classic English florals without being heavy or old-fashioned. She mentioned the bottle looks stunning on her dressing table as well, with the botanicals inside being a lovely detail. Fast delivery, arrived in great condition and looked lovely. Will definitely be buying from Aroma Desire again.

"Beautiful spring scent — my absolute favourite from the range" I've been through a few of the Aroma Desire diffusers now and this English Pear and Freesia is by far my favourite. It's so crisp and fresh — perfect for spring and summer but honestly lovely all year round. The freesia note is really authentic and the pear adds just the right amount of sweetness. My conservatory has never smelled so good! The bottle with real dried flowers inside is gorgeous. Definitely ordering again.

"Reminds me of a proper English country garden" Got this for the dining room and the whole family has commented on how nice the house smells now. The pear and freesia combo is really fresh and natural — nothing artificial about it at all. It's not as strong as some diffusers I've had, so if you like a really bold scent you might want to use all the reeds. I prefer it subtle though so it suits me down to the ground. Solid quality for the price, nice one Aroma Desire.
