Is the fragrance tablet replaceable?
Yes. The diffuser body is reusable, and the solid fragrance tablet can be replaced once the scent fades.
Will it leak or stain my car interior?
No. This is a solid, non-liquid fragrance tablet, so there is no risk of spills, leaks or stains.
How do I control the scent strength?
Fragrance intensity is controlled naturally by your car's airflow — lower fan speed for a subtler scent, higher for a stronger one.
Is this an official Shangri-La product?
No. This is a Shangri-La-inspired fragrance profile created to capture the calm ambience associated with luxury hotels. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by Shangri-La.
Can I return this if I don't like the scent?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery - but only if it's unused, unopened and in its original packaging (per AromaDesire's Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy). Once a fragrance item has been opened, it's treated as a sealed/hygiene product and may not qualify for a non-faulty return. If it arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you regardless of whether it's been opened.

My mate recommended this to me and I can see why he raved about it. The scent is very refined and clean — almost like walking through the entrance of a luxury hotel. It's not as strong as some fresheners I've tried but the quality of the fragrance more than makes up for it. The metal body looks great on the vent as well. Knocked one star off only because I wish it was slightly stronger, but overall really happy with it.

I go through a lot of car air fresheners and most of them either smell too artificial or fade within a fortnight. This one is completely different. The Shangri-La fragrance is genuinely sophisticated — the juniper and cardamom notes are really distinct and it builds into this warm woody base that lingers beautifully. The magnetic clip mechanism is really clever too, makes it dead easy to swap the tablets out. Absolutely brilliant product.

Honestly couldn't believe the quality of this for the price. The Shangri-La scent is spot on — proper woody and spicy without being overpowering. I've got it in my BMW and every passenger asks what the smell is. The metal clip feels really premium too, nothing like those cheap cardboard tree fresheners. Been on for about 5 weeks and still going strong. Already bought two more as spares.
