Common Questions

How long does this reed diffuser last?

Up to 3-4 months, depending on room size, airflow and reed placement.

How do I use it?

Remove the stopper, insert the wooden reed sticks, and flip them periodically to refresh the scent.

Can I return this if I don't like the scent?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery - but only if it's unused, unopened and in its original packaging (per AromaDesire's Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy). Once a fragrance item has been opened, it's treated as a sealed/hygiene product and may not qualify for a non-faulty return. If it arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you regardless of whether it's been opened.
